If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within 10 business days.
We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days after we hear from you and will correct any error promptly. We will tell you the results within three business days after completing our investigation. If we decide that there was no error, we will send you a written explanation. You may ask for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation.
You agree to cooperate with any investigation we may make with regard to an unauthorized electronic transfer.

Online Banking

Online Banking powered by PayWithMyBank can be used to withdrawal your funds directly to your bank account using you your online banking ID and password. No previous deposit with this funding type or registration is required. There is a $20 minimum and a $5000 maximum withdrawal limit per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed daily and sent to our payment partner but may take several days to be posted to your account by your bank.
